Tri-Dosa Balancing Series

Doshas are hormonal imbalances–they can shift between the day, month and year, depending on situations.  This series is designed to allow the hormones to balance through deep relaxation.  ”Asa” means to culture the organic– “ana”–energy system.  The yogic philosophy is this:  when you let go and allow the body to completely relax, all the tensions and fear are also released.  What is left is a relaxed, loving, pure higher self.  This is to say, when you relax this deeply, the Divine Absolute expresses more easily through the body and is in union with the self which is reflected in this reality.​ (excerpt from www.shareloveyoga.com)
